📦 Returns at GetVitaCore

At GetVitaCore, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Still not completely happy with your purchase? Then you can use your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Below you can read how it works, what exceptions apply and under what conditions we accept returns.

🕒 Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the products.
Once we have received the return in good order, we will refund the purchase price (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days.
Refunds are always made through the same payment method you used (iDEAL, PayPal or credit card, for example).

🚫 Exceptions to the right of return

Not all products can be returned. The following items are excluded from return:

Opened cosmetics and personal care products (lipstick, creams, makeup, perfumes).
Food, drinks and supplements (perishable goods and products with limited shelf life).
Hygiene products that are no longer suitable after opening or use.
Custom or personalized items (products customized just for you).

ℹ️ This is fully in line with European legislation for right of withdrawal.

📋 Terms of return

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and – where possible – in original packaging.
Always include your order number and customer information so we can process your return quickly.
In case of damage due to insufficient packaging or careless use, a return may be refused or only partially refunded.

💶 Cost of return

Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise specified (e.g. in the case of faulty delivery).
We recommend that returns always be sent with a Track & Trace code so you have proof that the package has arrived with us.

🔄 How do returns work?

Report your return via our returns form or send an email to info@getvitacore.com.
Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.
You will receive return instructions and return address from us.
Send the products within 14 days of your application.
Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation and your refund will be processed.

⚠️ Damaged or wrong items

Have you received an item that is damaged or incorrect? Please check immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@getvitacore.com.

Send clear photos of product and packaging.
Unfortunately, without photos, we cannot process the claim.

We then ensure that the problem is resolved quickly and professionally, for example with a replacement product or refund.
