1. 📘 Definitions
- Customer: any visitor or consumer who places an order through the webshop.
- Agreement: the purchase agreement between GetVitaCore and the customer.
- Consumer: a natural person not acting for a profession or business.
2. ⚖️ Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by GetVitaCore and to all agreements reached.
3. 🛒 Offer & order
- The offer on the website is non-binding and subject to change.
- An agreement is established when the customer places an order and receives a confirmation email.
4. 💶 Prices & Payments
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and in euros.
- Payment can be made securely via:

- 💳 Klarna (pay afterwards)

- Orders are processed only after successful payment.
- We do not charge additional fees for payment methods.

- 🇫🇷🇪🇸🇵🇹 + other EU countries (such as 🇮🇹 🇦🇹 🇱🇺 🇫🇮 🇸🇪 🇩🇰): 2-5 working days
- Outside EU (🇬🇧 🇳🇴 🇨🇭): 5-10 working days or longer due to customs clearance
💰 Shipping costs & surcharges
- Free shipping from €50 in 🇳🇱 🇧🇪 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇵🇹
- For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout
- Large or heavy packages (>10 kg or different size) may receive additional surcharges, including above €50
📩 After shipment, you will always receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
6. 🔄 Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period).
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
- After notification, you still have 14 days to return the products.
- Refunds (including outbound shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of return receipt.

7. 🚫 Right of withdrawal exceptions.
Returns are not possible at:
- Opened cosmetics, perfumes or personal care products
- Hygiene products whose seal has been broken
- Food, drink or supplements (perishable goods)
- Customized or personalized products
8. 🛡️ Warranty & Conformity
- Legal warranty of at least 2 years is always applicable.
- Many brands additionally offer a manufacturer’s warranty (2-5 years).

9. 📝 Complaints procedure
- Have a complaint? Email us at info@getvitacore.com.
- Within 48 hours, you will receive a response or confirmation.
- We strive to resolve complaints within 14 days.
10. ⚡ Liability
- GetVitaCore is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.
- Liability is always limited to the amount of the order.
11. 🌍 Force majeure
In cases such as strikes, fire or logistical problems beyond our control, delivery may be delayed.
12. 🔒 Privacy
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
13. ⚖️ Applicable Law
- This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
