    The delivery person tries to deliver again, delivers to neighbors or takes the package to a pickup point.

  7. Can I have delivery to a pickup point or evenings/Saturdays?
    Where available you can select this during checkout. Any surcharge will be displayed.
  8. Will my order be delivered all at once?
    We try to send everything in one package. Sometimes items are delivered in multiple shipments (with their own Track & Trace). You will always receive one invoice.
